1. Booking & Payments

  • Appointments can be booked online through our website.
  • Some services require full or partial payment in advance.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund (if applicable).
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may receive a partial refund or no refund, depending on the service.
  • No-shows are non-refundable and may require full prepayment for future bookings.
